Copy the coupon code and paste it during checkout. On top of the section where it says: “Have a discount coupon?”.
After inserting coupons code, new amount will be reflected.

No, Gudang coupon cannot be transferred nor exchanged for cash.
Below are the example your coupons is greyed out:
- Coupon is expired.
- Coupon have been redeem.
Coupon will expire 180 days from the date when you shipment is completed.
For example, if your shipment is completed on 1 Aug 2023, that coupons will expire on 28 Jan 2024.
For example, if your shipment is completed on 1 Aug 2023, Coupons will be issue on the same day 1 Aug 2023.
If your shipment is in transit and not completed yet, no Coupon will be issued.
Gudang uses third-party payment gateways, Stripe, to process your payments. We do not retain your credit card information during or after the transaction.
Stripe is a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. Stripe uses the best-in-class security tools and practices to maintain a high level of security.

Your receipt or paid invoice is email to your billing address and should arrive in no more than 3 weeks after your shipment is completed.
Stripe will only send receipt to your registered email at the time you made payment.
We advise all customers to advise their recipients to thoroughly check and inspect their goods upon delivery for any damages.
If the consignment is damaged then please ensure the proof of delivery documentation is marked as ‘damaged’, otherwise the consignment will be considered as delivered in good condition.
Kindly visit https://www.hlas.com.sg/claims/claim-forms/ download, fill in and submit Claim Forms and email to HL Assurance (Claims department) within 3 working days from the delivery date accompanied with the following documents and information:
- Proof of cost price (invoice showing the price the items were purchased/manufactured for)
- Proof of weight (i.e. manufacturer description)
- Description of item
- Any further information that you can provide
- Clear photos of the damage
- Order number
Once submited, Claim team will get in touch with you.
If the proof of delivery is signed with no mention of damage then the claim may be rejected by the insurer. Therefore no compensation will be provided.
If the claim is submitted outside the time frame mentoned above, the claim may be rejected by the insurer. Therefore no compensation will be provided.
All 3 dimensions of your item: Length (L), width (W) and height (H) in meter. Then, multiply all three values to get cubic metres:
Cubic Meter (cbm) = L x W x H
SEA Shipment
- 400 kg = 1 cbm
- Chargeble weight based on actual weight or dimensional weight whichever higher.
- You will be charge by cubic meter rounding up to zero decimal places of the shipment.
Example 1 (400kg): if your pallet weight is 950 kg and 2.9 cbm, you will be charge 3 cubic meter.
Example 2: if your pallet is 1.1 cbm, you will be charge 2 cubic meter.
Example 3: if your pallet is 1.9 cbm, you will be charge 2 cubic meter.
*Seaport warehouse measurement result is final.
Air Shipment
- Reservation buffer is 20% of total freight charges.
Chargeable weight is based on actual weight or volumetric weight of the shipment whichever is greater. - Measurement dimension (cm) will be rounding up to nearest centimeter.
- The final weight will be rounding up to nearest 500 grams.
- Min charges is 1 kg.
*Airport operator measurement result is final.
Actual weight is the actual weight of the parcel. For example, placing the item onto a weighing scale, and the result from the scale is the Actual weight.
Volumetric weight is multiplying the length, width and height of a package in centimeters and dividing the result by 5000
Formula as below:
Volumetric weight (kg) = (L x W x H) / 5000
Chargeble weight is the actual weight or volumetric weight, whichever is greater.
Shipper are require to print and attached Marking / AWB to the package before handover to our driver/shipping partner.
SEA Shipment (Cargo Marking)
Kindly refer to Cargo Marking. Kindly print out and attached on each pallet.
Air Shipment (AWB)
Will be send to you via email within 24 hours. Kindly print out and attached to the package.
Packaging/Crating/Palletizing of goods is the sole responsibility of the shipper. Gudang, Carrier, Insurance agent and destination transporter are not accepting goods that are not in proper packaging for international shipment.
If your goods is not stackble, kindly crate it in a way that is fully enclose your goods with quality hardwood and brace your crate diagonally to increase its strength.
Ensure the wood is heat or chemically treated according to ISPM 15
